“High Praise Indeed”. What people say about St Laurence O’Toole’s . . .
‘My children have had a wonderful
experience in St. Laurence
O’Toole’s. It gives a fantastic
grounding for secondary education
and my children feel very much at
home there. For us, it is the simply
the best school in the country.’
Eddie Byrne, Parent
"We have three daughters who attended
St Laurence O’Toole School.
The school has always and still does
encourage them to do well and gave
them every opportunity to do so.
We have always supported the
school. They have always given
great support to our family and it is
a huge asset to our community."
Tracey Watson, Parent
‘My school days at St Laurence
O’Toole’s were the happiest days of
my life. Thanks to the inspiring &
unwearied teachers, my love for the
Arts and Music spiraled and deepened,
which forced me to pursue my
musical dreams.’
Susan Cleary, Past Pupil
‘I have great memories of my days in
St Laurence O’Tooles. The teachers
were always kind and caring and
very friendly. We were always
brought on trips and we also had a
wonderful experience in France
when we went on the first school
tour ever there. I really enjoyed myself
in this school and I received a
fantastic education.’
Yvonne Darcy, Past Pupil
"What the teachers share is a
deep sense of pride and concern
for the children with whom they
work, a genuine altruism . . . you
can’t listen to these teachers
talking about ‘their kids’ for very
long without feeling humbled."
Keith Duggan, The Irish Times
We are happy to support St. Laurence
O’Toole’s Girls School in
any way that we can. Our drivers
really enjoy bringing the children
on their school trips because the
girls are always so well behaved.
They really are a credit to their
school.
